SINT ROC ASSEMBLY SYSTEM

We have studied and created a specific assembly system which has
the characteristics of modularity, simplicity, and, most of all,
of safety. All our structures have a base that consists of vertical
steel track profile (monorail). These are fastened with expansion
bolts on wall of reinforced concrete. If adequate walls are lacking,
the tracks are fastened on a specially designed supporting structure.
The vertical panels are directly hooked on the rail by way of special
self-locking plates. The overhanging profiles use the Sint ROC ASSEMBLY
SYSTEM (sRAS). sRAS is made up of a slip joint to be fastened on
the rail a pair of steel tubular arms, a joint and a steel bar to
fasten the panels to the arms.

This system allows you to reshape the wall, exchanging pairs of
arms or inserting new ones. Joint and base remain unaltered. Fastening
screws of the panel are used for the anchors (protection points),
in order to guarantee the direct transmission of all loads to the
supporting structure. Every part of our assembly system has been
tested for a breaking load over 20 KN, according with the EN 12572
( Artificial Climbing Structures, Stability requirements and test
methods)
