 THE
PANELS Flat and curved elements, once assembled, allow you to
create a climbing wall with more or less complex profiles. The panels
have holes with threaded inserts to fix the movable holds. We studied
a special insert with a high resistance thread and double fastening
system. The panels are available on request also with cylindrical
sockets for standard or mega inset holds. The inset holds make it
possible to reproduce more faithfully the natural difficulties. Thanks
to the new mega inset holds it is possible to change sections of the
wall without having to work on the fastening system of the panels.
Standard size: 120x240, 150x300. The various models present fastening
points with identical distance centre, so that between them they are
compatible. The front surface of the panels is covered with a double
film of epoxy resin and quartziferous sand. The grains of the sand
remain within the films of resin: no risk of separation that would
damage the grip on the panel. Epoxy resin is no toxic and is odorless |

are available on request. |
 All
our panels have passed the crash test, in conformity with the EN
12572 (Safety requirements and test methods): we let a test weight
of 22 kg fall on the center of the panel from the hight of 1.50
mt for three times. |
